One more out the door..

Yesterday, my daughter, age 24, moved out of the house into an apartment with a friend.  Yes, I am so happy for her.  She has been ready to fly for a long time now.  Her place is cute, and I love the people she moved in with.  It also makes me sad, though.  She happens to be one of my most favorite people in the world.  We think a lot alike, and we do things together a lot.  We have a strong passion for Harry Potter, and we are going to the Ed Sheeran πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–concert in September at Gillette Stadium.  We like a lot of the same TV shows, and we both love to read.  She is a much deeper thinker than I am.  She likes books that are challenging and make you think. I like books that don't make you think too much, I want to be entertained.  I also have been reading a lot of kid lit lately.  It's part of the job.

So, my daughter has come and gone over the past few years.  The first time she left, she went to college, and that was the hardest.  Each time has been a bit easier, except when she spent a semester in London. That was tough, too.  So this is what I did today to keep myself busy.

I love Stampin' Up! products, and this is made almost exclusively with Stampin' Up! products.

While today has been pretty good, I know I will miss my girl most during the week, after she gets back from work.  My husband works second shift, so I look forward to seeing her at night.  I will be looking for things to keep me busy after dinner so I don't get too lonely.

Hope you have a great day!!
